What Is LightStream?

LightStream Studio is a web-based streaming studio that lets creators focus more on their content, instead of being a technical wizard with lots of equipment. LightStream Studio is there to upgrade your stream with overlays, alerts, or transitions straight from your browser.

As mentioned above LightStream is perfect for someone who does not have a capture card or a PC they can record their gameplay with. The perfect application to use if you plan on streaming through your console are looking for overlays, transitions and alerts to make their stream feel more professional.

How Do I Set It Up?

It is as simple as just click start stream on your console and as long as you have made an account and connected your streaming profile long and let LightSrream know you have gone live it will automatically take whatever overlays and transitions you have selected and apply it on to your stream.

Are There Any Cons?

The only con I have found seeing LightStream used is there is a very short delay between what you say and what actually happens on stream, because the applications is rendering your gameplay from your console, to LightStream, to the streaming platform there is around .500 milliseconds of delay. So take that into consideration using this!

If You are a brand new streamer I do at least recommend giving this a try though.
